General -

1. Orders are shipped assembled & bulk packed in a 20 x 16 x 13 shipping case. (exceptions will be noted on Sales Orders).  Packing includes tissue placed between items.
2. Dimensions on web & in catalog are inside dimensions BEFORE item is folded.  Folded dimensions may vary.  ALWAYS check the item with your collateral.
3. Stock color/material is Tecno and Cord in Silver, Black, Blue, Red, Green, Yellow (note - colors are dyed in batch lots and there may be some slight variation in coloration between orders).  Tecno and Cord are also available in White (please inquire). A smooth texture is also available, but only stocked in white. Coloration for smooth will be via imprinting.
4. With Cord Textured GalleryBoard - the line direction is determined by the layout on the die.  If you specify a certain direction, it may increase your price.
5. Tooling is not for sale.  We maintain the rights to all dies and tooling design.
6. We have the right to display photos of the product made with your order on our website and printed catalogs and flyers.

Printing -

1. Minimum for CMYK printing is 1,000 pieces.  When providing CMYK art, must add 1 color if metallic is required and/or if full-coverage flood is required (for example, if art is full-coverage black + CMYK art in specific locations, we require an extra color to provide the full-coverage color).
2. For quantities between 100 and 999, art will be screened, and there are limitations on half tones, txt size, ink coverage, registration, and use of White as base; specifically -
   • Size: art must be at least 1/8th
   • Half-tones: large area half tones cannot be screened, and we may require art to be modified
   • Ink coverage: if any color is more than 50% coverage, please add additional first color to the price
   • Registration: If art has tight registration we may require it to be modified; please provide art in advance for more information
   • Base is White: If Base is Tcno/Cord White, and qty is less than 1,000, please add additional print color (not first color) for Clear Varnish.
3. Printing Minimums: 10 piece minimum for Blank and/or Imprinted unless item is Quick Pick (marked with a Q).  The less than minimum fee is $200 P.
4. To place art, please refer to the Artwork Specifications Sheet - (blind and standard) accessible from this link.
5. A digital Proof will be supplied via email within 2 b-days of receiving useable art for an order.  If order is CMYK we will also provide a full-size proof for your approval.  If order requires PMS match, inquire about available ink-draw down matches.
6. Usual lead-times; may be modified depending on quantity and other elements.  Will be noted on Sales Order. If CMYK - from approval of full-size proof, ship in 7-10 b-days.  If Screen - from approval of digital proof, ship in 5-7 b-days.

Shipping Information (FOB Houston) -

1. Orders ship loose case via FedEx and skids via LTL, as specified and quoted on Sales Order.
2. We can ship collect on your FedEx or LTL accounts. We can also ship collect on your Airborne or DHL accounts.  For UPS, when shipping collect, they require you to issue a call-tag for order pickup; we cannot ship UPS add to order.
3. Quotes include up to (4) Domestic addresses per order.  Each additional address wil be $50P.  International addresses will be an additional $30P [Waived if you have been provided a fulfillment quote].
4. Shipping in Bulk will be in our standard 20 x 16 x 13 shipping case and includes tissue placed between items.  Additional wrapping such as bubble wrap, foam or inner packs can be quoted separately if required.  Deviations from standard case pack will be noted on Sales Order.
5. Fulfillment projects are shipped per quote.  If items are heavy and/or expensive and require additional packing; bubble wrap, foam or inner packs, quotes will be given separately once items have been received.

Customer-Provided Top Sheets and/or Substrate Board and/or Die -

1. Supplied board must be smaller than top sheets by 1/4" in each direction.
2. Printed Top-Sheets must be 100# C1S with Aqueous coat.  Must send test sheets for press-test.
3. Die size must be less than or equal to 27 1/2 x 39"
4. Must receive artwork laid to dieline for review before your press-run.  Send artwork to artwork@theplatformgroupgallery.com, in format per our art specs sheet.
5. Must receive two life-size proof outputs before our production-run.  One will be used to check against mylar and second will be laminated, diecut and assembled.

Prototype Service -

1. We will provide a Virtual prototype at no-charge.
2. For a foam Prototype - we charge $100P - and this will be credited against a purchase order when the actual order is processed.
3. For a packaging prototype - we must receive all of the items that go inside the package.  Charge is $1100P.

Credit Policy -

1. 1st orders and/or Custom Design - 100% prepayment required (including freight).
2. 2nd orders (if Stock design) - 50% prepayment required, Balance on net 30 from ship date.

Limitation of Liability -

In no event shall 101 Products LLC (dba The Platform Group Gallery) be liable to the Customer, Distributor or any 3rd Party for any incidental or consequential damages (including without limitation, indirect , special, punitive, or exemplary damages for loss of business, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, business reputation or business interruption) arising out of or connected in any way with this agreement, or for any claim by any 3rd party.  The totaly liabilty of 101 Products LLC (dba The Platform Group Gallery) to the Customer, Distributor, or any 3rd Party, for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by Customer, Distributor or any 3rd Party to 101 Products LLC (dba The Platform Group Gallery) under this Sales Order.  Intial agreement REQUIRED on Sales order before order can ship.
